Sophia is and has been many things to me- my best friend since high school, my second shooter, my fellow crazy Spaniard, and my roommate to name a few. She is getting married in a couple of months to one lucky guy, so we headed to the Saskatoon Berry farm to take some engagement photos. I can’t wait for their wedding! And this time I am one of the maids of honor, so I’ll have to leave my camera behind. It will be hard, I am sure, to not be able to shoot everything, but also nice to just enjoy the day.

Robyn + Chris got married a couple weeks ago and if I can say so, I think we all had a good time! We started the day off shooting the beautiful bride getting ready.

We headed to Reader Rock Garden for the wedding party shots…
We had some time before the Reception, so we went to the Hose and Hound pub in Inglewood. This is becoming a favorite idea among couples, it gives everyone a chance to relax and re-fuel before the Reception. And we always get some great candid shots!

I was excited about this wedding for a long time. As soon as I met Alexis I knew we would get along and I couldn’t wait to shoot her wedding! So much of her personality was in this wedding, and their excitement and love was evident all day. The girls got ready in a hotel and then the wedding was held at the beautiful Al Azhar.
I’ve said it before, but one of my favorite moments of the day is watching the grooms face as he sees his bride coming down the aisle!

Out in the town of Oyen, these two tied the knot. It was a beautiful ceremony and then we headed to the bride’s family farm to take some fun shots. We finished just in time, right before a nasty storm blew in! Here are some of my favorite images of their special day… there are a lot of them!
On a sunny Tuesday afternoon, Kim & Trevor tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Baker Park. It was a really touching, simple wedding and it was so sweet to see them surrounded by their family.
